Why are US citizens not allowed to participate in the ICO? Does it come under a profit based token which can be screwed by SEC?
Just saw that now on their site,5015 ETH raised.Congrats to the team.
This is just to ensure that HERO is not taking any responsibilities which could appear with US law. Technically you can buy them if you are US citizen but since you have to confirm a checkbox that you are not a US citizen it is your responsibility if you break the law.
