6.Requesting work, completing work
In order to request work to be done by holders of $force, it is necessary to obtain $force tokens from an exchange and send it to a burning address. The amount to be burned depends on the work requested and should match the costs of the work done via traditional methods. In order to know if holders of $Force will be willing to complete the work and how much should be burned, a post with a clear description of the work needs to be made. Reddit/r/cryptoforce will be used as a starting point to receive and organize requests. $Force community will answer with the correct value. As result of the burning of tokens the value increases for $Force holders across blockchains as total supply is reduced. Multiple platforms can be built to optimize the process.
The continuous increasing price of $force token due to work being completed and reduction of supply; results in that overtime less and less tokens need to be burned. The possibility to increase the already high number of decimal points means that token supply never tops. Still an alternative method where the tokens are distributed among the $Force holders instead of burned may be used in the future when the Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains are interconnected, allowing value to flow from one to another. OMNI platform could be used towards this goal. Smart contracts can also be used to upgrade from this starting point.
Simple work requests like making a review or providing feedback are easy to be completed by the vast workforce. Work requesters can specify their expectation and maintain communication until work is satisfactorily completed.
Larger work can follow the methods used by open source software development. The most qualified members of the community will organize the work. The rest of the community can offer testing, feedback, indirect help, and tips. For instance if the task requires the creation of a logo, the workforce designers will do samples, the community will provide feedback and vote on the best. Additionally many will tip the best designs. Just as with open source projects, the community is a self organizing system. Driven by economic incentives each member always do what is best for the whole community. Tips are very important as it will allow those that do not own any crypto coins to become part of $Force community.
A large multicultural community will result in translation jobs easily being completed by the decentralized workforce. Several tools exists that allow a group of people collaboratively translate a document. While some people translate, others can proofread the document and provide ideas on how to improve a text or translation. Positive feedback receives tips from other members. A tool to complete translations powered by $force could be built and charge a transaction fee as an incentive for the developers.
Multiple work requests can come at the time, just as groups of people write a certain article on Wikipedia, groups will spontaneously form to solve a certain request of work. Work can be divided by types on different groups and multiple platforms. For example /r/chineseforce will be a group that focuses on translating Chinese to English.
Some work may be funded by more than one user. For example, if an open source project requires testing, requesters can make multiple payments to cover the costs.
