Don't you think it is ridiculous that the one and only way to recover a hacked account is to send a signed message with your bitcoin address (thus removing bitcoin's anonymity feature by identifying the owner of that bitcoin address to where he lives and which email address he uses) in order to have any chance of recovering it?
Shouldn't the website's server be able to trace the change in IP addresses used before and after an account is hacked?
I am a recent victim of account hack.

I never post any bitcoin address here because I never offer to sell anything here.
Does that mean my hacked account can never be recovered?
