Today I try to log in and see this banner:
Unverified accounts cannot withdraw from Bittrex. Please see this link for more information.
I compiled the form for basic information and I am even not verified for this thier because:
We could not match your information to our public record providers. To complete the verification process, you must apply for an enhanced account.
So if I don't exist in their " public record providers" I can't be verified with just basic information!?!?

No Just after a simple login I get this banner
I never try to withdraw from their site, and I haven't withdrawn a single dime There is some one from bittrex support here that could explain why also for users with 0 satoshi withdrawn it's necessary a second verification?
