I think Monaco could be a big flop if they don't come out with a VISA partnership soon. Their whitepaper never sounded good to me but the idea behind Monaco (to exchange coins at a FAVORABLE rate for the user) is very very good. If someone implements it, they're gonna make a lot of money.
