Have you bothered to login or communicate with them?  Yes, they messed up big.  They did however, make things right.  They do have a support tab if you login, use it .  I would like to see more trading move to TradeHill [and even a third or forth exchange].  Balanced between them with something a bit unique about each of them perhaps.  TradeHill is a wonderful site and great people.  MtGox is honest and honorable, so if they owe you, it can easily be verified whether they paid you [Dwolla has the records and MtGox has the transaction key in your account history].  Now that the problem is fixed, complaining here isn't going to help you get your money that you say they owe you; that is up to you.
