Can you tell me which country you are from and what country are your friends?
I talked to many telegram group user's. here are countries that most affected:
Syria, India, Iran, Turkey, Egypt and Russia. there are some other users from other countries too
It does not mean all of the people in these countries are disabled but many users are disabled and some of them are fully verified users(by ID and Photo) !
