TL;DR for entire last 10 pages: If you dont like slush' pool then leave, no one is requiring, or even asking, for you to stay. Especially this Lucko guy who doesnt even mine with most of his equipment here, yet bitches and moans more than anybody else.
ok, to play the Devil's Advocate for a moment, how do I get my earnings out in namecoins and BTC when they are under the Send threshold
