2 Weeks TenX is not answering my tickets.
So its mid october and I still havent received my card (EU) which I ordered and paid for in 1 Sep.Not even an email with tracking nr.
Is there anyone that is waiting for long for his card and does not get feedback when contacting the team?Ordered mine at the same time here in France Sept. 1st. Never contacted the team. I don't have any news except the confirmation email plus an other one on September 15th.
