This. Pre-ico were given the option of taking a refund at the conclusion of ICO. When will this happen?
Refund will happen automatically if soft cap is not met today being the last of ico, it is smart contract as such ico investors will have their refund automatically transferred to their wallet once ico is over. it is just sad
there is different smart-contracts for ICO and for pre-ICO. And I don't remember that pre-ICO contract able to refund
