Fiat is: easily taxed. Subject to gov manipulation. Able to be easy taken from you by authorities.

Some people are still thinking about living in the stone age when the scientists are dreaming about living on the Mars. Fiat will be wiped out by cryptocurrency in the future because it has some big problems like you have already mentioned here. In the past, we did not have any choice other than using paper money and now we have digital currencies in our hands so we will love to enjoy freedom.
