Dear Cindicator campaign manager, I checked my Ethereum address at https://cindicator.com/bounty stated that my Ethereum address is not registered in the Cindicator database.
Somehow in your twitter spreadsheet, my address is not plastered there when bitcointalk account, twitter username emblazoned.
What action should I take in order to receive bounty payments?
I can prove ownership of twitter account with username @ pratamap77 if you need proof.

Try VPN / another browser / another device

Also consider an updated Chrome browser and try the VPN extension of google chrome, it worked well for me yesterday.

How many days before we could receive it after confirming? I have confirmed mine yesterday only although I expect it to be few days, I just want to learn exactly.
