I don't think so. Not all countries are in the mood of using or legalizing bitcoin in their country. As we know, China has banned bitcoin in their countries because they also have their own point of view about the effects of bitcoin might bring into their economy.
2022 is too early.Though bitcoin is getting popular day by day and many people are enrolling themselves in bitcoin,still it is impossible that bitcoin will be used by almost everyone till 2022.There is still alot of population that has not even heard about bitcoin.Bitcoin is also not legalised in many nations as it is not controlled or operated by a central bank or an institution.It is also difficult to make someone understand about bitcoin and requires efforts.
