It's not the case that "Enlighten" has the priority. Our dev's are working hard to fix the problems but while we're doing that we also think it's important to explain what SHIELD is about. Many problems you are encountering are being talked about in our Medium post. Our article about Project Billfold goes in a little deeper about why the wallets are taking the time they are.

We're sorry for the inconvenience but the explorer is almost fully synced and there are many upgrades coming. If you don't want to join us now that's totally understandable and we recommend coming back in about 2-3 weeks when we hopefully have the Windows QT wallet done and the hardfork has happened.

We also want to tell you that if you're having trouble that you can PM us and we'll try to get back to you as soon as possible. We also have a discord where people like to help.
