Hi guys. We've recently decided to overhaul our communication, with weekly tech and pilot updates to keep the community informed. We are very sorry that so much time has passed without a global release, but there was a lot of work to be done, and as always, the realities of development mean that we were too optimistic with our promised schedule. On top of that, we had to make changes to accomodate local regulations, which postponed the release even further. Regardless, the app is currently being tested in the pilot program in Ghana, involving 2000 people, as well as smaller test groups in other countries centered around our ambassadors and the local universities.
We're getting very good feedback from all of them and a lot of interest from the users, allowing us to fix many issues.
We will be confident enough to give a final release date for the Google Play version in one or two weeks.
Here's what has been done in the past two weeks:
Pilot App
New people outside of Ghana onboarded for the pilot, testing app, use cases, providing feedback and experience:
- 28th September, ambassador Peter Sampson, Tanzania University of Dar es salaam (UDSM)
- 27th September, ambassador Oladimeji Shekoni, Lagos State Polytechnic University Ikorodu Lagos
- 6th October, Kayode Babarinde, University of Ibadan, Nigeria - Pilot App Launched
- 6th October, Alakanani Itereleng, Botswana - Pilot App Launched

Tech Team update:
- Messaging feature has been finished by our Tech team. From now on Humaniq users can use the app as a messenger as well. Botswana is the first place where the messenger feature will be released.
- We are finalizing the Humaniq Referral system. This feature gives the users the ability to send invites to friends and get rewards for this activity
- In anticipation of the exponential growth of new users after Google Play release we are concentrating on users data privacy, analytics and fraud detection processes
