I've seen one other scammy coin play out before and this seems to be following the same recipe.  The developer is very active in the beginning to try and pump the coin.  Utilize a well known name like Ethereum, Litecoin or Bitcoin in the name, i.e. Ethereum Dark.

All of a sudden the Developer needs to make a token swap on a recently released coin which doesn't make any sense.  Once this happens the cycle is complete and you can write off these losses.  Maybe people understand why countries have started clamping down a lot on Bitcoin markets is partially because of scams.

What you will now find is the Developer is very busy and rarely available to work on this project.
