Do you guys think the price of ETH Will rise significantly once the investors from BTC / BTC Gold sell off? What about the other alt coins? Which one do you think will rise the most as a function of the BTC Gold users selling out of BTC?
Really hard to say for certain. Many altcoin investors shift their money to bitcoin because of the upcoming split to get free coins. Two possible scenarios that I can think it. [1] Those altcoin investors stick with bitcoin and the free coins they got was reinvested on bitcoin because the price of it is was still rising, so it make sense to stick with it and take profit. [2], altcoin investors, once they got their free coins, put it to altcoin specially Ethereum pumping it to almost $400. I think we can have a clear view once everything settles down on the bitcoin market and see if Ethereum has gain from this Bitcoin Gold fork.
