The last time I checked the coinbase deposit and withdrawals CSV file, the format was broken and most of transactions were missing.

Right now it's only possible to assign groups for API imports.
But it's on the to do list and I will add it soon.
You can also create 2 accounts and link them together. Could make even more sense if you are tracking data for 2 accounts.
