why when send from blockchain.info to other blockchain.info wallet it arrive Instantaneous without wait to be confirmed
I think that time was not too many transaction in blockchain.info and also it was transfer at the same wallet i think it is possible to happen. Like the sample of this guy those wallet are the transaction is instant if you are transferring at the same wallet. Because i also experience that using blockchain.info sending fund to my friend and it takes few minutes before its confirmation.

if you're talking about like coinbase and coins.ph well then you can send bitcoin from coins.ph to coins.ph or coinbase to coinbase wallet address without fees and without waiting to be confirmed but in blockchain.info? it's not possible IMO.
