I was trying to figure out who owns what with NXT assets. Can someone help me understand something about JUMBLR please?

1) This coin will be derived from NXTprivacy asset (17911762572811467637), so 500,000 JUMBR will be distributed among current NXTprivacy owners onto KMD blockchain? Why is there 1m in the block explorer?
          Are they getting 2 JUMBLR for every NXTprivacy?
2) Every KMD mixing will cost 0.3%+tx-fees and JUMBLR owners will receive their share of 95% of that. Additionally 15% of DEX fees. Is that all?
3) SuperNET account (NXT-MRBN-8DFH-PFMK-A4DBM) owns about 50% of entire NXTprivacy. If JUMBLR is basically a money making machine with flat tires for now, why is SuperNET sells those assets for 200NXT each? It does not make any sense to me.
