Quick question, I used MEW to send the funds across, however I have no idea when or where I can access my tokens. When will they be dropped, or how can I find them?

After the tokens is distributed after the ICO ended, you can have access to your tokens also on MEW
Just make sure you have your wallet backup when you created your wallet at MEW...because they will send the tokens to the same address you used to send your Ether.
