I initiated a withdrawal over 27 hours ago. But meanwhile my 5 mbtc did not go to the wallet. Perhaps this is due to the fact that on Sunday
27 hours means that they have just broke their own term and condition about withdrawal. No matter if your request was on weekend but if they said that it would never take more than 24 hours so they should have checked all request at least once a day. No excuses..
How long does it take for my withdrawals to be processed?
It should happen in matter of hours, sometimes even minutes. On rare occassion it may take up to 24 hours, but never more than that.
