Also one more thing.. if you guys will continue to be using manual grading system, someone have to stand by graders to guickly grade the games.. you guys have slowest grading system ever!!! This is 2017!! Your company's grading time is unacceptable!
It's not that slow tbh the only thing that they slowly grade on are the esports matches, waiting time ranges from several minutes up to several hours. If your betslip isn't settled after a few minutes the match ends you can always call their support on chat to pass your betslip to their graders. I've experienced longer grading times than this but on a different sportsbook, nitro is still fast when it comes to bet grading imo.
