Why will the GBT be tradeable on public exchanges? .. I mean, if I buy gold from HelloGold in the form of GBT and have it on my app, then it is secured and HelloGold will have their 2% management fee on my holdings (which is also the profit maker for HGT). But if GBT on exchanges, who is paying the 2% management fees?
