I turn with my question to the community because I have nowhere else to go. Some time ago BFL announced that they will be shipping in two weeks. After this I was pretty excited and went to their website to log into the user administration to check on my order. I have ordered the Single (60 Ghash/s) and my order number is 26XX so I'm pretty early there.
So yeah, they offered to upgrade the shipping to express for $312.00, which I excitedly paid for using BitPay. Here's a transaction ID:

I even have a screenshot of the payment cause I like to make sure of things. So now I login into the website again and it seems like BFL has not registered my payment (which was confirmed to me before and I saw it as paid in the customer section of the website). I sent an email to the customer support and they didn't even bother to reply.
Has anyone else had the same problem?
EDIT: the issue is now resolved and the order has the express shipping marked as paid...
