And no, I don't claim to attach any bank account as that is unnecessary to verify the account in order to send/receive money & become a seller on ebay. Besides, any bank account added is a VBA which is basically an imaginary one u cannot withdraw to. If someone wishes to withdraw to an actual bank account it is that which should be added, not a VBA.

With my accounts one can do all of the above unless he wishes to withdraw to his own US bank account and then and only then should he link it.
