I have been having the same problem, except that the amount is not minimal and I do care about whether or not it is lost! I was able to withdraw BTC, but XRP and ETH withdrawals have not gone through after several days.
I wanted to report that I decided to send an email to hello@wcex.co to describe my problem, and they helped me right away by manually making the withdrawal to the address of my choice. In spite of some things that cause me concern, I will say they have always been very responsive over email.
