How many coins is needed to stack?

My solo mining cannot conect. I'm receiving this error:


[2017-10-17 00:03:14] HTTP request failed: Failed connect to 127.0.0.1:21662; No error
[2017-10-17 00:03:15] json_rpc_call failed, retry after 30 seconds



Somebody knows how to fix it?
