What matter is how much current PER-PORT the hub will provide. You want to have at least 2A (2000ma) per-port to run a 2PAC at nice speeds. As a general search, look for 'Charging hubs' made to power tablets and such.

Um there is a thread not to far away specifically about powered hubs and 2PAC's...

good to know I will be pack when I get a better usb hub. fyi it really sucks that the ones they are usually are not available on amazon anymore, but at least I know what I am looking for so 10-12amps per usb slot should be plenty I hope

 You wont find a commercially available hub with specs like that.  Charging ports are 2.1A and you generally can't charge and transfer data at the same time.  If you can find something ~2A per port that does both, buy it!  Also, watch the rating on the power supply - most powered hubs come with a shitty 40watt adapter these days which means you can't use all the ports at the same time.
