Dear sir, how much stake should a member rank recieve? Given that he has finished 35 posts?

If you read the OP, you will find that a Member rank who made 35 posts will earn 35*20 = 700 stakes.
this is one of the best paying campaigns i have seen since i have attended bancor...but i do not get why you call them stakes..they are $. pure and simple  Grin
