I am not a specialist in crypto structures,but when bitcoin price goes up,altcoins prices goes up too after unknown time or not 
Because always when btc rises,altcoins to started dropped down.
The USD value for the altcoin will goes straight with the increase of the price of bitcoin, But remember the altcoin will be lost on its bitcoin value like what already happened in this time and many of them already lost a lot on its value caused by the bitcoin pumpBecause always when btc rises,altcoins to started dropped down.
