I am not a specialist in crypto structures,but when bitcoin price goes up,altcoins prices goes up too after unknown time or not 
Because always when btc rises,altcoins to started dropped down.
it doesnt always have to be up or also down.. due to the hardfork these days people are selling alts to get free bitcoin gold causing the coins to go deep down.Because always when btc rises,altcoins to started dropped down.
