I am looking for some advice on what are good trading sites for buying and selling cryptos including BTC. Specifically I'd like to use some of my BTC to buy other cryptos.

in my point of view bittrex is the one good site for using trading so you have to invest in this your money. most of the people every day taking account in this wallet. every day millions of money keeping in this site for trading. it is more secure and fastest trading site. if you feel it is unsecured just stop trading in this site. not only bittrerx site some other trading sites are available in market so you can choose one best option and start trading.
