For me this Desaster sounds very much like the US Government is collecting/blocking the funds that belongs to countries they consider enemies. It's no coincidence that  most of the accounts that were closed without notice are from Iran, Russia, Turkey, Syria. Bittrex probably has to play along or the will be closed.

Nothing confirmed of course, but I would not be surprised if this is the case. The US is the biggest rogue state after all.
