The idea of a burn is good for several reasons:
1. Shows the team burns coins when they could hold on to them, thus meaning they aint money hungry and are building up trust. Its a good reputation move.
2. Whales can buy lots of coins before the burn without having the price go up crazy and keep a good $ per token ratio, this might probably happen just before the burn. And then price reflects it after burn.
3. Keeps a good balance for small buyers and big as well.
