I would like to know the same thing. You can register your BTC address for that part of the airdrops. How do we register out BTX address to keep getting 3% after Nov 2nd? Or is it not available till Nov 2nd?

The information is half correct. Future percentage/weekly airdrops may require holders to register their wallet/holding address in order to receive the percentage airdrop. The registration page is not yet up, we should get some more news at the end of October from developers. For the time being, hodl, get more btx if you wish and keep your eye on the thread for updates from dev about the registration.
