Same problem here.
Until yesterday everything ok, legacy account with 2fa enabled, 16 eth deposited from my mining activities.
Yesterday morning login on my account and they ask me to verify my account.
Ok, no problem, perform enhanced verification procedure, all right my account is now enhanced.

Login again on my account and now my account is locked!

Open a ticket, only automatic reply.
Ask me for a selfie with my face, personal id and a paper with write bittrex and yesterday date.
Not another reply from support, now wait for another news.

I still can't believe I am reading all these messages. I thought it was because my account wasn't enhanced verified. I got exactly the same messages as the above and did exactly the same thing. OMG...am I going to lose the btc I have been building for the past 2 months, all my hard work and 8 days before the hard fork...I can't sell my coins, I can't withdraw btc or any of my altcoins and I have missed out on really good trades due to their incompetence. Really??? Is there absolutely nothing I can do but wait until they decide to enable my account???
