Hey guys we are looking for a few miners that are willing to help out our pool to start growing a bit.
Its a fairly new pool so for we have had a  few miners come and go but a lot of new guys don't understand the patience it takes to get a pool going so they bail out. because they are used to big pools paying out every hr or so. also please understand this is a new pool and we have not hit first block yet so if you are new to mining understand it will take a minute to get a block when getting started at the moment we have almost 6K of hashrate on the pool and we have been running that for about 3-4 weeks now
