I see nobody responded to my reply..maybe i asked the wrong question....here is it again in another format )

why i don't receive rewards from staking ? I received 2 last week, and since then none..keeps saying "reward in 3h, 5h , 11h, 3 days" but nothing happen...can someone help me? Do i need to update something ?
