Dual mining does not work on pools that do not support EthereumStratum protocol. Make pools support it, and it will work. Specs are here:

So I tried finding some other pools than Nanopool for Ethereum and tried ethermine.org but it was the same problem here. Can you tell me what pool support this kind of protocol?
