why would they burned the tokens? If they can give all the tokens to all participants , that will be great instead of destroying the tokens.

Burning unsold tokens is just fair for all investors. It will help to keep up the value of the tokens.


Yeah I agree, if token will be burn then the value will be remain there will no zero value of it. So it will be fare in both party Wink

Is it a proof of burn algorithm basically making it a deflationary token? Or do i misunderstand it.

In this case, the burning of tokens is just a potential one-off event occurring at the end of the pre-ICO phase. Since it does not occur every year, it is not a deflationary token.
