Is the team in the whitepaper really that important (to you)? I'd rather mention them on a webpage with a short description and link to linkedIn rather than in the whitepaper.
The NEM whitepaper is a technical reference, it is IMHO way too technical to be considered as a standalone whitepaper. Just a few technical people would want to read it
Neither the NEM nor ARK documents you mentioned have the Team section.
