### Update: 15th of October 2017 ###

Hi everyone!

Just a quick update today that I've spoken with Steve and he is on his way back to New Zealand after having signed the contract with the development/coding company. The last few days have been about going through the myriad of technical requirements and discussing the Blockchain based aspects of the platform to ensure that we get exactly what we are looking for from them.

The development costs are expected to be fairly big but we presently have enough of a funding ramp to get us through the next 8 months even with two programmers burning through a stack of funding to get the platform created. At this stage, we have significant seed capital from a private investor and Steve is also prepared to fund any additional development costs from his own pocket to ensure the Trade Exchange gets up and running as quick as possible.

There isn't any further news on an actual Full ICO at this stage but I think late November or early December could be shaping up as a likely release date. I will confirm that over the next few weeks but our primary focus at this stage is getting the platform development process underway ASAP.

I will update you when I have further information from management.
