Yes, the rule is minimum increment of 0.05, so any bid is rounded to nearest 0.05 (lower end).
So for example, I will treat 2.51 bid as bid of 2.50 and only ask for payment at 2.50 if they win,
And earlier bid at 2.50 takes precedence.
