Or any other ICO, for that matter. A lot of the companies that were running ICOs for services related to Bitcoin debit cards or such with access to USD funds and the Visa and Mastercard networks will now be losing most of their funding options. Many ICOs already fail while having global contributions. Limiting the contributions to the European geographical area is just going to make it harder for them, Cryptopay included. Truth is though, this is getting significantly saturated with many companies doing the same thing for the same locale.
There is something in what you are saying, guys. The regulations for bitcoin businesses are getting stricter and stricter but we don't give up. At the moment we are doing our best to find a way to issue and deliver Cryptopay cards worldwide again. We are negotiating with several card providers and hopefully we'll sort it out soon! Cross your fingers!
