Who knows ? Let's hope that happens. I think it has big chance of happening. As as I research, in yearly, monthly and weekly rates, it is increasing. So, the best way to know if that will occur is to wait on this basis. Daily rates is a short range of time, so you can't actually conclude things on this. On a longer period you can see a more detailed change in price. On my analysis,  if rate will not change, which has a low chance, it will few months to reach $400 from $314.87 as of now.
