You are right if investors are converting their fiat money into GATCOIN, but I am not so sure about people already invested in crypto after seeing the Ethereum price in BTC. It is exceptionally low, so you can get a lot more ETH for your Bitcoin then a month ago. After the fork Ethereum and Bitcoin may revert to their pre-hype prices again.
