I am not a specialist in crypto structures,but when bitcoin price goes up,altcoins prices goes up too after unknown time or not

The price of altcoins varies from the price of BTC, investors, and some fake news sorrounded in the twitter, facebook and all. Sometimes its really hard to believe with our speculations because trading is truly unpredictable.
