To create DNA without the help of a computer is IMPOSSIBLE.

The point is that there is conversion of inanimate matter into all the time through microbes living in the soil. To some limited extent plants and animals do this as well. Since God set it all up, and since He programs it through cause and effect, God is the One who causes the transfers to happen according to His pleasure.
