I'm confused.

If you are looking for Neteller USD exchanges for btc, why would you look for a country wherein almost everyone pays in a different currency, in this case GBP? Also, if you're still situated in South Korea at this moment in time, how can you complete trades overseas? Something doesn't pan out on your idea of trade or am I missing something here?
